Overview

Prospera Business Network is excited to announce our new facility rental (see photos below)! Any of our members at the $1,200 Partnership level and above are welcome submit a request to rent our Downstairs Business Center.

Details

  • Available: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Reservations: Must book two months in advance
  • Membership Level: $1,200 Partnership or above
  • Maximum Capacity: 20
  • Pricing:
    • Half-day (up to 4 hours including setup): $200 for morning or afternoon
    • Full day (up to 8 hours including setup): $400
  • Amenities
    • WIFI
    • TV (WIFI casting and HDMI connections)
    • OWL (camera, microphone, speaker)
    • Whiteboards
    • Restrooms
  • Payment: Due in full once booking is confirmed by staff member
  • Non-refundable: Payments are collected as donations to Prospera and are therefore non-refundable however you may choose to reschedule your event
  • Prospera reserves the right to decline requests at our discretion
