Rachel Hinkle


Development Coordinator

As the Development Coordinator for Prospera, Rachel serves as the customer service and information point of contact for members and clients. She aims to grow our network through strategic marketing, community outreach, and fundraising efforts. She brings her enthusiasm for business and passion for helping people to the role.

Prior to joining the Prospera team, Rachel gained experience in networking and customer service as the Community Relations Coordinator at Highgate Senior Living in Bozeman. There, she was responsible for revenue generation, reputation management, and lead conversions. Rachel specializes in making connections, event planning, public speaking, and organization.

A proud alum of the JJCBE at Montana State University, she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing in May of 2019. During college, she was a member of the Montana State Chapter of the American Marketing Association, a speaker in the National Student Advertising Competition, and held a Teaching Assistant position for Microeconomics.

Rachel grew up in Texas and Hawaii before moving to Bozeman in 2010. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, movie marathons, cooking, dining with friends, and spending time with her dog, Toby.
